TaMashAe MIADI Premium Basmati should be soaked in cold water beforehand. For pre-soaked rice, 1.25 cups of water per 1 cup of rice is sufficient. Place the rice in a saucepan with water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and cook until the rice has absorbed all the water.
To give the rice a special touch of flavor and color, you can add saffron or any other spices during cooking.
Premium Basmati is the best rice for side dishes. Its delicate aroma and refined taste make it suitable for preparing almost any dish from Eastern and European cuisine.
