TaMashAe MIADI Extra Basmati is pre-soaked in cold water. For pre-soaked rice, use 1.25 cups of water per 1 cup of rice. Place the rice in a saucepan with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the rice has absorbed all the water. To add a special flavor and color to the rice, you can add saffron or any other spices during the cooking process.
Basmati EXTRA is the best rice for side dishes. Its delicate aroma and refined flavor make it suitable for virtually any Eastern and European dish.
